Topanga Living Cafe (run by a brother-sister duo and known as “TLC”) is a warm and welcoming local go-to for coffee, smoothies, and tasty tacos. Cafe Mimosa is the area’s popular French-inspired coffeehouse with yummy eats such as vegan chili. Inn of the Seventh Ray is often referred to as the most romantic restaurant in the area, with fountains, lights, flowers, trees, and even a small creek surrounding diners as they feast on seasonal and organic dishes Shopping in Topanga is just as unique as you’d expect. Topanga Homegrown is an interesting, one-of-a-kind boutique that has a variety of clothing and excellent gifts for all ages. Things to Do
There are quite a few activities and annual events that make Topanga a unique place to live. Topanga Days Festival is an awesome affair (seemingly straight out of Woodstock) with live bands, food, and drinks that happens every year over Memorial Day Weekend. Visit the Topanga Canyon Gallery, an artist co-op where you can see a variety of art up close and personal. Get outdoors at Topanga State Park, where you can wander trails with amazing views and places to stop. Enjoy a show at Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum, a beautiful open-air theater.
